Website Terms of Use — Installer Applications

These terms govern your use of this website and our application forms. They do not govern any working relationship with us — if your application succeeds, that relationship is governed solely by our Master Services Agreement.

1. Who we are. This site is operated by David Liddle Plumbing & Heating Services ("we", "us"), a company registered in England.

2. Applications. Submitting an application does not create any contract, engagement, or guarantee of work. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.

3. Accuracy of information. You confirm that all information and documents you submit are true, accurate, current and belong to you. Submitting false, altered or misleading documents (including insurance certificates, Gas Safe registration or right-to-work evidence) will result in immediate rejection and would be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Independent business. Applications are invited from independent, self-employed businesses only. Nothing on this site or in the application process constitutes an offer of employment.

5. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including branding and materials, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

6. Availability. We may amend, suspend or withdraw this site or the application process at any time without notice.

7. Liability. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
